Jałowiec is 35 m² on two levels, with a balcony and garden furniture on it. Downstairs there is a living room with a kitchenette, a dining table and a sofa bed for two, plus a bathroom with a shower. On the mezzanine stands a 180×200 bed. A family of four settles in without any juggling: the parents sleep upstairs, the children on the sofa bed downstairs. The same layout also comfortably fits four adults.
