1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why
We process data provided in forms (full name, phone, e-mail, message content) solely to handle stay or SPA service bookings and to respond to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We handle accommodation bookings in our own system — the data goes straight to Drewniana Róża's reception, without intermediaries.
3. How long we keep your data
Booking data — for the period required by tax and accounting regulations. Correspondence — for up to 24 months from the closing of the matter.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Just write to rezerwacja@drewnianaroza.pl.
5. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies. We do not use marketing cookies or sell data.
6. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter (using the form on this website or by ticking the consent box when booking), we process your email address to send you information about special offers and discounts, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You confirm a website subscription via a link sent by email. As proof of consent we keep the date of subscription and confirmation, the consent wording, a hash of your IP address and information about your browser (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time — using the “Unsubscribe” link in every message or by writing to rezerwacja@drewnianaroza.pl; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier mailings. We keep your address on the list until you withdraw your consent.
