Terms & conditions

Full terms and conditions

Making a booking means accepting the rules below — they form an integral part of the rental agreement. Also available for review at reception.

Terms and Conditions of Booking and Staying at the Property

General provisions: These terms and conditions set out the rules of the stay, the rules for the provision of additional services, and the conditions under which a stay may be booked in the apartments and cabins available as part of the infrastructure of the property named “Drewniana Róża”, located at ul. Sudecka 24, 58-573 Michałowice.

The Drewniana Róża property is managed by “Luna Piotr Grodzki” (ul. Sudecka 24, 58-573 Michałowice, NIP: 7162453445, REGON: 021185180).

These terms and conditions apply to all persons making a booking or staying on the premises of the Drewniana Róża property. Making a booking is equivalent to reading and accepting the provisions of these terms and conditions, which form an integral part of the rental agreement concluded as part of a confirmed booking. The person making the booking is obliged to ensure that these terms and conditions are observed by any third parties who will use the Drewniana Róża property as part of the booking.

These terms and conditions are available for inspection at the property's reception. Their content has been published by the Drewniana Róża property on the property's official website at www.drewnianaroza.pl, in a manner that allows the content of these terms and conditions to be obtained, reproduced and recorded using the IT system used by the Drewniana Róża property.

Booking a stay and payment: The Drewniana Róża property accepts bookings made through:

the automated booking system on the Drewniana Róża property's website, available at www.drewnianaroza.pl,

submitting a booking enquiry through the form on the Drewniana Róża property's website, available at www.drewnianaroza.pl,

submitting a booking electronically (e-mail),

submitting a booking by phone,

submitting a booking in person at the reception of the Drewniana Róża property. Each booking relates to a whole apartment or cabin within the Drewniana Róża property, depending on the subject of the specific booking.

A booking made through the automated booking system on the Drewniana Róża property's website, referred to in point 2.1(1), is made by carrying out the steps required by the automated booking system, completing the registration form, and making the required deposit (advance payment). Payments are made directly during the online booking process. Making the deposit (advance payment) is a condition of the booking's confirmation, of which the Guest is informed. A guaranteed booking is deemed to have been made only once the deposit (advance payment) has been made. The rules and operation of the automated booking system are set out by the external service provider, within the scope of its functionality and the system's own terms and conditions.

A booking made outside the automated booking system on the Drewniana Róża property's website, available at www.drewnianaroza.pl, takes place in two stages:

A provisional booking, which may be made in person, by phone, or by e-mail. For a provisional booking, the Guest must provide their details and contact details enabling the Drewniana Róża property's staff to get in touch to accept the booking, and must specify at least the type of unit being booked (cabin, apartment), the requested dates of stay, and the number of people covered by the booking. A provisional booking is made once the availability of the apartment or cabin and its unit price (price per hotel day or total price) has been confirmed, together with an unambiguous declaration of intent to rent, including the validity period of the offer and the amount of the deposit (advance payment) required for the booked stay. A provisional booking remains valid for 48 hours from the date its terms are confirmed by both parties and the Guest declares their intention to proceed with it.

A guaranteed booking is made only once the Guest has paid the required deposit (advance payment) for the stay, as determined at the provisional booking stage. Payment of the deposit (advance payment) by the person booking to the Drewniana Róża property confirms the guaranteed booking, unless the parties agree that confirmation of the booking does not require a deposit. Once payment is received, the Drewniana Róża property will send confirmation of the guaranteed booking. From the date the guaranteed booking is confirmed, the booking becomes an order and is binding on both parties. The amount of the deposit (advance payment) is set individually for each booking, depending on the season and type of accommodation. The amount of the required deposit and the details for paying it will be provided during the online booking process or as part of the confirmation of the provisional booking.

The deposit (advance payment) amount should be paid within 48 hours, unless a different date follows from the online booking confirmation or from the confirmation of the provisional booking. The primary method of paying the deposit (advance payment) is bank transfer. The Drewniana Róża property also allows the deposit (advance payment) to be paid in cash, by online transfer, or by charging a credit/debit card at the property. The date of payment is deemed to be the date the Drewniana Róża property's bank account is credited, with a recommendation to send proof of payment (in the case of remote payment), or the date cash is received at the property's till (in the case of in-person payment).

Failure to pay the deposit (advance payment) within the period specified as part of the automated booking system or the confirmation of the provisional booking is deemed to be the Guest's withdrawal from the booking of hotel services and means that no rental agreement is deemed to have been effectively concluded between the parties

The remaining amount of the fee for the stay at the Drewniana Róża property is collected in advance, before the start of the stay, at the latest on the day of arrival, for the specified number of hotel days. The Drewniana Róża property's staff are obliged to reduce the amount charged by the sum of the deposit already paid. To clarify any ambiguities, it is recommended to keep and be able to show proof of the deposit paid or of any other payments. A Guest's refusal to pay the remaining amount of the stay fee is equivalent to withdrawing from the booking and constitutes a cancellation of the booking through the Guest's fault, with the Drewniana Róża property entitled to retain the full deposit (advance payment).

The stay fee covers the cost of the services included in the basic accommodation package for the given type of booking. Additional charges apply, in accordance with the price list, for services not listed in the stay price as free of charge (i.e. not included in the basic stay package). The terms of payment for additional services are set out in separate price lists available at the Drewniana Róża property.

The property states its prices in złoty (PLN). Prices include VAT at the rate in force under applicable regulations.

The Drewniana Róża property will document every transaction in accordance with applicable regulations. If a VAT invoice is required, this must be reported at the time of booking, together with the purchaser's details. The wish to receive a VAT invoice must be reported before the payment transaction is completed. Once a transaction has been closed with a receipt, it is not possible to issue a sales invoice.

The Drewniana Róża property reserves the right to refuse to accept a Guest or persons accompanying them who, during previous stays, seriously breached these terms and conditions and the rules of staying at the Drewniana Róża property, in particular by causing damage to the property's assets, to Guests, or personal injury to Guests, staff, or other persons on the premises.

The Guest acknowledges that the deposit (advance payment) constitutes security for, and subsequently covers part of, the costs or losses incurred by the Drewniana Róża property in connection with handling the Guest's booking and preparing the property to perform the agreement, which in particular includes: handling the booking in the system; guaranteeing the exclusivity of the booking for the Guest; correspondence with the Guest; personalising the offer; sales and payment-processing costs; and the physical preparation of the units.

Cancelling a booking: A final, paid booking is binding.

If the Guest fails to arrive on the agreed date, a guaranteed booking secured by a deposit (advance payment) is automatically cancelled through the Guest's fault at 11:00 on the following day, unless the Guest declares their intention to stay for the remaining period of the booking and settles the amount due in connection with the booking.

Cancellation of a booking through the Guest's fault, for reasons beyond the control of the Drewniana Róża property, results in the required deposit (advance payment) being retained by the Drewniana Róża property, subject to points 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6.

The Drewniana Róża property allows the Guest to change the original booking dates, crediting the deposit originally paid towards a new booking on another agreed date available in the Drewniana Róża property's offer, no later, however, than 6 months from the start date of the originally booked stay (the stay being changed), provided that the wish to change the original booking dates is reported no later than 30 days before the start date of the originally booked stay (the stay being changed). The provisions on the deposit (advance payment) made under the original booking, including in particular those concerning the right to retain it if the changed booking is cancelled, apply accordingly to the transferred deposit (advance payment) in each case.

The Drewniana Róża property will refund the deposit (advance payment) in full if the booking is cancelled through the fault of the Drewniana Róża property, as a result of the agreement being terminated through the fault of the Drewniana Róża property, or where the booking is cancelled due to circumstances for which both parties are responsible.

Where a booking is cancelled or the agreement is terminated due to circumstances for which neither party (the Guest, the Drewniana Róża property) is responsible (e.g. the Guest's illness, administrative restrictions, force majeure), the Drewniana Róża property will retain the deposit (advance payment) received from the Guest, to be applied towards the Guest's next possible booking

at the Drewniana Róża property, provided that the Guest informs the property of the obstacle to fulfilling the booking without delay after the justifying circumstances arise (i.e., where a booking is cancelled or the agreement terminated due to circumstances for which neither party is at fault, the Guest is entitled to transfer the deposit towards a new booking at the Drewniana Róża property if they inform the Drewniana Róża property without delay; a cash refund of the deposit is not available). Point 3.4 applies accordingly to any matters not otherwise addressed.

A refund of the deposit (advance payment) under the conditions referred to in point 3.5, as well as the transfer of the deposit towards the Guest's next possible booking at the Drewniana Róża property referred to in point 3.6, will take place at the Guest's request, submitted in writing or by e-mail, together with either the bank account details to which the deposit is to be refunded (in the case referred to in point 3.5) or the new booking dates, available in the Drewniana Róża property's offer (in the case referred to in point 3.6).

Where a booking is cancelled due to circumstances for which the Guest is not responsible, the request referred to in the first sentence should include justification of the circumstances excluding the Guest's fault

for not honouring the booking, together with evidence confirming these circumstances, except for circumstances for which the Drewniana Róża property bears sole responsibility, and should also be submitted without delay after such circumstances arise, so as to allow the Drewniana Róża property to mitigate the loss resulting from the cancellation or to transfer the booking — if these conditions are not met, the request will not be considered.

The Drewniana Róża property reserves the right to seek compensation from the Guest for any loss exceeding the amount of the retained deposit (advance payment) caused by the cancellation of a booking through the Guest's fault, though not exceeding the total cost of the cancelled stay.

Hotel day: Rooms, apartments and cabins at the Drewniana Róża property are rented by hotel days.

A hotel day runs from 16:00 until 11:00 the following day, unless the Drewniana Róża property and the Guest agree individually on a different timeframe.

A Guest wishing to extend their stay beyond the period stated in the original booking should submit this request no later than 09:00 on the day the original stay period ends. The Drewniana Róża property will accommodate the request to extend the stay subject to the availability of apartments or cabins, with the Guest committing at the same time to pay for the further hotel days at the rate then in force at the Drewniana Róża property.

The Drewniana Róża property reserves the right to refuse to extend a Guest's stay at the property if full payment has not previously been made for the stay to date, or if the terms and conditions and rules for using the property and additional services have not been observed.

If the Guest cancels the remainder of their stay within the period covered by the booking, for reasons beyond the control of the Drewniana Róża property, the fee for the unused hotel days is non-refundable.

Night-time quiet hours and visits by outside persons: Quiet hours apply throughout the property from 22:00 to 06:00 the following day, except for special events agreed in advance with the Drewniana Róża property.

Third parties from outside who are not covered by accommodation as part of a stay may not be present on the premises of the Drewniana Róża property without staff consent. If a Guest obtains such consent, visits by outside persons are permitted only until 21:00.

A Guest may not, without the consent of the Drewniana Róża property, accommodate additional third parties overnight at the property who are not covered by accommodation as part of the stay. Any breach of the prohibition referred to in the first sentence entitles the property to charge a contractual penalty of 500 zł for each unauthorised person and each hotel day on which the breach occurred.

Using the property: Accommodating a Guest is conditional on presenting a photo ID document at the Drewniana Róża property's reception and signing the registration card.

The Drewniana Róża property reserves the right to change the location of apartments/cabins while maintaining the agreed type and standard of accommodation, and while making every effort to meet Guests' expectations and preferences. Such a change will not form grounds for a complaint or a change to the booking price.

On check-in at the Drewniana Róża property, the Guest is given a full set of keys, which they are obliged to return on the day of departure. Losing a key results in an obligation to pay a flat fee of 100 zł.

A Guest may not hand over the apartment or cabin to other persons not covered by the booking, even if the period for which they have paid the stay fee has not yet elapsed.

When handing over the keys to an apartment or cabin, the Drewniana Róża property's staff will provide information about the property, as well as instructions on operating selected electrical appliances forming part of the apartment's or cabin's equipment. This moment also constitutes the Guest's inspection of the technical condition and inventory of the apartment or cabin and the appliances in it.

Failure to report comments or reservations about the technical condition at the time of moving into the apartment or cabin is equivalent to the apartment or cabin having been handed over for use in a condition raising no comments or reservations from the Guest.

During the stay, the Drewniana Róża property's staff have no right to enter a rented apartment or cabin without the Guest's consent, let alone move the Guest's personal belongings. The right of entry to a rented unit is reserved only for cases where a threat to Guests' safety is noticed, for cleaning, or where Guests fail to comply with the apartment's/cabin's rules.

Cleaning and towel changes in apartments and cabins during a Guest's stay take place at the Guest's request.

All movable items located on the premises of the Drewniana Róża property, in particular the fixtures and fittings of the apartments and cabins, are the property of the Drewniana Róża property. Taking any items is prohibited.

Due to fire-safety requirements, no devices or appliances powered by electricity or gas that are not part of the standard equipment of the apartments and cabins and that could create a fire hazard — for example electric water heaters, heaters, or gas burners — may be used in the apartments and cabins. Bringing flammable materials, explosive materials, or materials with an unpleasant odour into the apartments and cabins is prohibited.

Each time the Guest leaves the apartment or cabin, they are obliged to secure the premises against unauthorised persons, in particular by closing the doors and windows.

For the sake of the environment and the property's safety, Guests are encouraged to limit their use of electricity and water.

Other than minor rearrangement of furniture and fittings that does not affect their function or safety of use, Guests may not make any changes to the apartments and cabins, including to their fixtures and fittings.

The Guest is obliged to take care of the property's infrastructure made available to them, in particular the rented apartment or cabin, leaving it in a condition no worse than it was in when the keys were handed over.

Items left behind by a Guest at the property after their departure will be returned at the Guest's cost and risk to the address they specify. If the Guest does not provide an address to which the items left behind should be sent, or if the Guest does not collect the items in person within 3 days of their departure from the property, the staff will deal with the items in accordance with the regulations on lost or found property. Storage of the items left behind takes place at the owner's cost and risk. Due to their nature, foodstuffs will be kept for a period of 24 hours, after which they will be disposed of.

The sauna zone is open daily from 15:30 to 22:15. To check availability and book a time slot, please contact the property's reception. The sauna zone is booked for exclusive use in hourly time slots. As places are limited in number, we encourage early booking.

Parking vehicles on the premises of the Drewniana Róża property is permitted in the area designated for vehicle parking (unattended parking).

Lighting fires, including as part of a campfire or barbecue (without prior notice to reception), is prohibited, except in places designated for this purpose by the Drewniana Róża property.

The front door must be closed every time you enter or leave the property.

The Guest is obliged to respect the greenery on the premises of the Drewniana Róża property, in particular not to damage trees, shrubs or flower meadows, and not to pick fruit or vegetables without the consent of the Drewniana Róża property's staff.

Services and additional services: The Drewniana Róża property provides services in accordance with its category and standard.

If a Guest has reservations about the quality of the services, they are asked to report them promptly to the Drewniana Róża property's staff, which will allow staff to respond and improve the standard of the services provided.

A wide range of additional services is available at the Drewniana Róża property, the rules and conditions of which, where not governed by these terms and conditions, are set out in separate price lists and terms and conditions.

The Guest making the booking is responsible for all persons covered by the booking, for any pets, and for the conduct of any third parties present at the property as guests invited by them and not covered by another booking.

A Guest who intentionally or accidentally damages the property of the Drewniana Róża property is obliged to cover the full cost of the resulting loss.

The Guest, and any persons for whom they are responsible, are obliged to observe safety rules and the law, in particular: occupational health and safety regulations, fire-safety regulations, and the provisions of these terms and conditions, and, in exceptional situations, undertake to follow the instructions of the Drewniana Róża property's staff.

In the event of a breach of the property's terms and conditions, Guests will be checked out and required to leave the property immediately. This applies in particular to cases of disturbing the night-time quiet hours and any other conduct that prevents other Guests from resting in peace. A Guest's early departure due to a breach of these terms and conditions does not entitle them to demand a refund for unused hotel days.

The property's liability: The Drewniana Róża property is liable for the loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services, to the extent set out in the provisions of the Civil Code, i.e. Article 846 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Each time an item is placed in the deposit, its nature and actual value must be specified, and this may be verified by the Drewniana Róża property in the Guest's presence.

The Drewniana Róża property reserves the right to refuse to accept into the hotel deposit items of high value or significant sums exceeding the deposit's storage capacity.

Stay Voucher — a voucher used to fund the basic cost of a stay at the Drewniana Róża property for the number of hotel days and the type of accommodation stated on the Voucher. Each Voucher has its own individual identification number.

All Vouchers are recorded by the Issuer.

The validity period is stated on the Voucher. A Voucher's validity period cannot be extended. Vouchers may be subject to restrictions on the availability of dates, in particular restrictions on staying at the Drewniana Róża property on the dates of so-called “long weekends”, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year, and Easter. A long weekend refers to a weekend where the day directly adjoining the Saturday and Sunday is also a non-working day, usually because of a public holiday falling within that period.

By purchasing a Voucher, the Purchaser declares that they have read the content of these terms and conditions, accept them in full, and undertake to comply with them.

By receiving a Voucher, the Beneficiary declares that they have read the content of these terms and conditions, accept them in full, and undertake to comply with them.

These terms and conditions form an integral part of every order to purchase a Voucher placed by the Purchaser.

Rules for purchasing a Voucher: A Voucher may be purchased at the Drewniana Róża property or by means of distance communication, on the basis of an order placed in advance, as described in detail in point 3.

In the case of a Stay Voucher, the Issuer will state on the Voucher the number of hotel days paid for under the Voucher and the type of accommodation, or the amount of the stay costs the Voucher will cover. The Purchaser declares that they are aware that ordering a Voucher entails an obligation to pay.

The Issuer will deliver the Voucher electronically to the e-mail address given with the order, or in paper form to the address given with the order.

The Purchaser undertakes to pay for the Voucher in an amount equal to the Voucher's value, in accordance with the Issuer's current price list.

The Issuer will document every transaction in accordance with applicable regulations. If a VAT invoice is required, this must be reported at the time of booking, together with the purchaser's details. The wish to receive a VAT invoice must be reported before the payment transaction is completed. Once a transaction has been closed with a receipt, it is not possible to issue a sales invoice.

Distance purchase of a Voucher by a consumer: The Issuer allows Vouchers in its offer to be purchased through the automated online system available at www.drewnianaroza.pl. The rules and operation of the automated system are set out by the external service provider, within the scope of its functionality and the system's own terms and conditions.

Where the Purchaser expresses a wish to conclude a distance contract for the purchase of a Voucher, the Issuer will inform the Purchaser of the total amount the Voucher will be for and the type of benefits associated with it, together with any costs of delivering the Voucher to the Purchaser or the Beneficiary.

An order is placed by completing the mandatory forms in the automated online ordering system and accepting the terms of the transaction, which takes place through committing to payment by means of the “Pay Now” button, which is equivalent to an order with an obligation to pay

Payments are made directly during the online booking process using electronic payment methods, but no later than 5 days from the date the order for the Voucher is placed. Failure to pay within this period results in the order expiring.

Once an order has been placed and paid for, the Issuer promptly confirms the conclusion of the distance contract and its terms, and proceeds to fulfil the order and issue the Voucher.

The Issuer will deliver the Voucher electronically to the e-mail address given with the order, or in paper form to the address given with the order, promptly after payment is received.

The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring additional costs, by notifying the Issuer at the company's address or at rezerwacja@drewnianaroza.pl, together with proof of purchase. To withdraw from the contract, the Purchaser may submit a statement using the model withdrawal form available at https://www.uokik.gov.pl/download.php?id=1216.

Where withdrawal from the Agreement is effective and in accordance with the law, the agreement is deemed not to have been concluded, and the Voucher will be cancelled.

The Issuer will promptly send the Purchaser confirmation of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the sales agreement, to the e-mail address provided by the Purchaser, together with information about the cancellation of the Voucher.

The period referred to in point 3.7 begins from the date the Voucher is delivered to the Purchaser or the Beneficiary (as instructed in the order).

The Purchaser may withdraw from the agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal to the Issuer before the withdrawal period expires.

The refund will be made no later than within 14 days of the date the Issuer receives the statement of withdrawal from the agreement.

The Issuer will make the refund using the same method of payment used by the Purchaser, unless the Purchaser has expressly agreed to a different method of refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has been performed by the Issuer, or where the Voucher was purchased at the Drewniana Róża property.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract is available to a Purchaser who has consumer status. A consumer is deemed to be a natural person entering into a legal transaction with a trader that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

The provisions concerning consumers contained in these terms and conditions also apply accordingly to a natural person entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity, where it is clear from the content of the agreement that it is not of a professional nature for that person, in particular based on the subject of the business activity they carry out, as made available under the regulations on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

Rules of use: A Voucher may be redeemed by the Beneficiary or another holder who has come into possession of the Voucher with the Beneficiary's consent, at the Drewniana Róża property, located at ul. Sudecka 24, 58-573 Piechowice - Michałowice.

In the case of a Stay Voucher, the Issuer will state on the Voucher the number of hotel days paid for under the Voucher and the type of accommodation, or the amount of the stay costs the Voucher will cover.

The Issuer is not liable for the loss of or damage to a Voucher from the date it is handed over to the Purchaser or the Beneficiary.

Purchasing a voucher does not constitute a booking of chosen services at the Drewniana Róża property and does not entitle the holder to priority access.

The Beneficiary of a Voucher is obliged to book a stay in advance, on the general terms, at the Drewniana Róża property: through the automated booking system on the Drewniana Róża property's website, available at www.drewnianaroza.pl, by entering the Voucher number or scanning the QR code printed on the Voucher, or in person, by phone, or electronically by e-mail, quoting the Voucher number. Where a stay is booked through the website, the Voucher is redeemed at the moment the booking is made and its value reduces the amount due for the stay; the date restrictions set out in these terms apply accordingly. If such a booking is cancelled, the redemption of the Voucher is reversed and the Voucher may be used again within its validity period. To protect Vouchers against unauthorised use, the Issuer may temporarily limit the number of attempts to enter a Voucher number on the website.

The basis for the Issuer to perform the service is presenting the Voucher in advance or providing the Voucher's number.

A Voucher may be redeemed in accordance with the scope stated on the Voucher, or up to the amount stated on the Voucher, towards the purchase of a stay or services:

A Value Voucher reduces the price of the total stay and additional services by the gross amount for which the voucher was issued. In the case of a Value Voucher, the Beneficiary is not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance if the full amount for which the Voucher was issued is not used. Where the price of a service exceeds the value of the Voucher, the Beneficiary or other holder of the Voucher is obliged to pay the difference according to the Drewniana Róża property's current stay price list.

A Stay Voucher covers the full basic cost of a stay for the number of hotel days and the type of accommodation stated on the Voucher. In the case of a Stay Voucher, the Beneficiary is not entitled to a refund of the equivalent value of any unused portion of the covered stay period. Where the stay period exceeds the number of days stated on the Voucher, the Beneficiary or other holder of the Voucher is obliged to pay the difference according to the Drewniana Róża property's current stay price list. The Voucher must be redeemed in a single, full use.

The Issuer has the right to refuse to redeem a Voucher in the following cases:

expiry of the Voucher's validity period,

damage to the Voucher preventing the individual identification number from being read,

no prior booking has been made, in accordance with point 2.4. Redemption of the Voucher by the holder (bearer) will constitute a valid transaction even if the holder (bearer) came into possession of the Voucher in an unauthorised manner.

A person using a Voucher as part of a stay at the Drewniana Róża property is subject to the rights and obligations set out in the general terms and conditions of booking and staying at the Drewniana Róża property currently in force.

Complaints: All complaints relating to a Voucher, excluding complaints about services rendered using a Voucher (which are governed by the general terms and conditions of booking and the rules of staying at the Drewniana Róża property), will be handled by the Seller within 14 days of the date a written complaint is submitted by the Purchaser or the Beneficiary of the Voucher or its authorised holder. Complaints should be submitted to the address of the Drewniana Róża property.

A consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular the mediation procedures provided by provincial Trade Inspection Inspectorates or the standing amicable consumer courts operating at the Provincial Trade Inspection Inspectorates. More information is available on the websites of consumer ombudsmen or the Trade Inspection. In addition, disputes involving Consumers may be resolved out of court through the online dispute-resolution platform between consumers and traders, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Submitting a dispute to an out-of-court method of resolution requires the consent of both parties in every case.

Final provisions: Under applicable law, a Voucher does not constitute an electronic means of payment, and in particular is not a payment card.

Responsibility for the loss of a Voucher after it has been delivered by the Seller rests with the Purchaser, the Beneficiary, or the Holder of the Voucher, as applicable. In the event of the loss of a Voucher, the Customer or Holder is entitled to have the service performed, provided they present proof of purchase of the Voucher.

The generally applicable law will apply to all matters not regulated by these terms and conditions.

The Drewniana Róża property reserves the right to introduce changes to these terms and conditions, provided that Vouchers purchased before a change to these terms and conditions are subject to the version of the terms and conditions in force at the time the Purchaser purchased the Voucher.
